WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING PRICES AND PROCESSING TIME?
We offer FREE Standard 3 Day Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders of $50 and over. Most orders will ship out within 4 business days of ordering unless an item is out of stock. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 4 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Gourmet Body Treats cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping.
All U.S orders = Free Shipping on orders over $50. All orders under $50 shipping is $7.99. We also offer free shipping for local Austin, Texas customers who want to purchase online and pick up their order at one the the Farmers Markets we go to.
International Orders = $26 USD
CAN AN ITEM BE RETURNED?
We do not offer cash refunds at this time. However, if an item doesn't work out for you, we would be happy to offer you a store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned! Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be more than half full and be in the original condition sent. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.
