Q. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING PRICES AND PROCESSING TIME?
We offer FREE Standard 3 Day Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders of $50 and over. Most orders will ship out within 4 business days of ordering unless an item is out of stock. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 4 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Gourmet Body Treats cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping.
All U.S orders = Free Shipping on orders over $50. All orders under $50 shipping is $7.99. We also offer free shipping for local Austin, Texas customers who want to purchase online and pick up their order at one the the Farmers Markets we go to.
International Orders = $26 USD
Q. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 4 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number in the e-mail. Q. WHAT DO YOU USE FOR PACKAGING IN YOUR SHIPMENTS?
We use a variety of materials in packaging your order. Conservation is very important, so we use shredded paper from in-house invoicing, etc., and we use packaging peanuts that we have received in shipments to us from our suppliers.
Q. CAN AN ITEM BE RETURNED?
We do not offer cash refunds at this time. However, if an item doesn't work out for you, we would be happy to offer you a store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned! Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.

Q. DO YOU SELL OR GIVE OUT CUSTOMER NAMES AND ADDRESSES OR EMAIL?
Absolutely not! We take customer privacy seriously and do not sell or give out any customer information to outside sources.
Q. HOW MUCH DO I GET IN A SAMPLE?
Generally you will be able to use the samples an average of 1 to 3 applications depending upon personal usage.

Q. I AM CHEMICALLY SENSITIVE. DO YOU MAKE ANY PRODUCTS THAT MAY WORK FOR ME?
Yes we do! Many chemically sensitive individuals including those with skin conditions such as rosacea or eczema are able to use most of the products that we make.
Q. How long will my products stay fresh and how should I store them?
We recommend using our oil-based products within 12 months after opening. Unopened oil-based products will last up to 18 months if stored properly. Our water-based products Detox Skin Cleanse, Kale Cleansing gel, GBT Liquid Eyeliner and Volumizing mascara should be used within 6-9 months of purchase.
Store all our products in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity and excess moisture. Our cleansers may be stored in the shower.
