Bath & Shower
Add some essential oils to a warm bath or shower to inhale the therapeutic benefits of the oil and have it absorbed through your skin. For adults, add up to 5 drops directly into the water or into your favorite cleanser. For adults with sensitive skin, reduce the amount to 2 drops per 1 tbsp of cleanser.
Inhaling the essential oils helps to calm your mind, open up your sinuses and can soothe an inflamed throat. For adults, add 4–6 drops to a bowl of steaming water, place a towel over your head and breathe deeply.
Relaxes your body and mind while helping to soothe aching muscles. Add to any lotion, cream or oil. For adults, use up to 15 drops in 2 tbsp of product.
Diffusers & Burners
A natural air freshener, this technique creates a relaxing ambiance and can clean the air by removing germs and bacteria from the air. For adults, add 1–3 drops in a diffuser or burner. For children over 2 years old, add 1–3 drops in a diffuser.
