When we first started making products, we evaluated the ingredients we did or did not use based on the European Health Commission's standards which have banned over 1300 chemicals from cosmetic use. The FDA here in the USA has banned only 8 chemicals. Below are some of the ingredients that will NEVER be in any of our products because we feel the safety hasn't been proven or they have been proven by the European health commission to be unsafe. Eythyl, Methyl, Propyl, Butyl Parabens, Phenoxyethanol Propylene glycol, Synthetic fragrances, PEGs (Polyethylene Glycol)*, Nano particles, Formaldehyde, Butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA), butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT), Petroleum or petrolatum, Coal, tar, DEA (Diethanolamine), TEA (Triethanolamine), Urea (Diazolidinyl or Imidazolidinyl urea), DMDM, hydantoin, Phthalates, PVP, PVC, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Tetrasodium EDTA, Disodium EDTA, Triclosan Chlorphenesin, BPA, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone Hydroquinone Chromian, Green Plastics, Petroleum derived ingredients, Ammonia, FDC Dyes or Lakes, Synthetic colors, Lead, Beeswax, carmine or any other animal ingredient.
